We use only the freshest and finest ingredients in our house-made dishes. Full bar featuring our extensive wine list, local Oregon Beer, and Cocktails. When available, we use local vegetables and proteins in our house-made dishes. Pastas, Seafood, Fresh Fish, Steaks, Pork, Chicken, Salads, Sandwiches, Soups and so much more! The Beginning...

Established in 2013.

The Black Trumpet Bistro started as a small catering business that quickly grew into a full service restaurant. We are proud to offer the best, freshest food in Brookings. We proudly have won Best Service, Best Dinner, Best Lunch, Best Desserts, and Best Catering.

We purchased the Black Trumpet Bistro February of 2023. Prior to that, this has been our favorite restaurant in Brookings for years. We have owned and operated several successful restaurants. We LOVE Our LOYAL Customers!
